By accessing or using Edixa (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Edixa is a personalized learning platform that uses AI to help users create, discover, and study educational content. Features include course creation, AI-assisted tutoring, practice questions, and community content.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, to upload harmful content, or to attempt to disrupt the platform. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these rules.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Some features require a paid subscription. Fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time, and cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.

6. Intellectual Property

Edixa retains ownership of the platform and its underlying technology. User-generated content remains yours, but you grant Edixa a license to host and display it as necessary to operate the Service.

7. Limitation of Liability

Edixa is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
